Ron Ierna was born and raised in Lutz, FL, graduating from Land O’ Lakes High School in 1994. He started in the industry as a helper with a large air conditioning company in Tampa, Florida. He worked his way up to become a service technician, and then through customer service and sales training, later became a sales technician.

In 2003, Ron decided to start his own family owned business. He obtained his state contractor license for air conditioning and started his company. After a few years he obtained his state plumbers license to offer additional services to his customers. Over the years, he enjoyed great success by growing the business to over 65 employees.

In 2016, Ron sold his portion of that business and decided to go out on his own. He purchased a property on Bell Lake in Land O’ Lakes, Florida. As a result, in early 2017 Lakeside Heating, Cooling & Plumbing was born!

Ron makes certain that Lakeside focuses on exceptional customer care and quality service to its surrounding communities. By hiring knowledgeable staff, providing quality products and affordable solutions in a timely manner, Ron and the Lakeside staff hope to build many lasting relationships throughout the coming years!
