This is a monthly Recurring Plan that will charge your credit card upon acceptance. By accepting this plan, you authorize Lakeside Heating, Cooling & Plumbing to charge your credit card on file and on a monthly basis, thereafter. Loyalty program pricing is based on a 12 month period with automatic renewal. Cancellation requests must be received in writing. Cancellation requests received prior to the completion of the 12 month period will result in a charge for the remaining balance of the total plan price.
